American depository receipts of Compass Pathways dropped after trial results for a formulation using the psychedelic psilocybin, designed to help people with treatment-resistant depression, disappointed investors. The ADRs fell 46% to $2.50 on Monday. They are down 60% in the past 12 months. Compass Pathways said before the open that a single dose of 25 milligrams of COMP360 showed a mean treatment difference of -3.6 points compared to a placebo at week six of a Phase 3 trial.
