Family-friendly story-time events will celebrate Black History Month in February at various El Paso public library branches in partnership with the NAACP El Paso Branch. "Our partnership with El Paso Public Library is a journey towards a brighter future," NAACP El Paso Branch member Tephanie Hopper said in a city news release.
