That drought ends this weekend as the Willie Mae’s family opens a new location in downtown New Orleans. This new spot is called Willie Mae’s NOLA, and it’s scheduled to open Friday, Nov. 8 at 898 Baronne St. The address was previously home to the Caribbean restaurant NOLA Caye.
