HighBall Halloween opens the gates for free entry to annual Short North street party

Need a costume idea for this year's HighBall Halloween? How about going in as someone getting into HighBall for free? The annual over-the-top Short North street party, back for its 17th year on Saturday, Oct. 26, is letting everyone in for the first time since its early days.
