Forest Park Civic Association Halloween Parade and Party

Springfield - The Forest Park Civic Association invites residents of the Forest Park Neighborhood to its annual Halloween Party and Parade at the Garfield Street Triangle from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26. Children and adults are encouraged to bring a carved or decorated pumpkin for the Pumpking Contest and to come dressed for the costume parade that begins at 2:15 p.m. There will be outddor games and crafts.
