With 34 days to go before Election Day, and with early voting already under way in states that will decide the presidential contest, Judge Tanya Chutkan has granted Biden-Harris Justice Department special counsel Jack Smithβs motion to publicly broadcast the evidence he would offer at trial in the 2020 election-interference case against the Republican nominee, former President Donald Trump.
