Deli meat recall update as new death reported

Another person has died in connection with a listeria outbreak linked to a Boar's Head plant in Virginia. The U.S. Centers for Disease and Control Prevention (CDC) reported Wednesday that the death toll from the outbreak has risen to 10 people, with one death reported in New York since the department's last update on the matter in August.
