Labor Day traffic in the Florida Keys came to a halt Monday afternoon because of a busted sewer line underneath U.S. 1, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office. Shortly after 4 p.m., the line broke around mile marker 92 in the Upper Keys area of Tavernier, the sheriff’s office said in an alert.
