A law enforcement source told Fox News' Jacqui Henrich the shooter is dead and two additional casualties are being taken to Pittsburgh hospital.
The incident took place in Butler, Pennsylvania. Gunfire appeared to break out shortly after Trump began speaking at the rally at Butler Farm Show grounds on Saturday evening.
