Mandan man sentenced to life without parole for 2022 murder

A Mandan man convicted earlier this year of murder in the October 2022 shooting of a Bismarck man was sentenced Thursday to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Benjamin Williams was convicted in early April after a Burleigh County jury deliberated for less than two hours following a trial that lasted several days.
