The attached video is from the original story. TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - The City of Toledo fired an employee who is part of a recent lawsuit claiming he sexually harassed one of his subordinates. A spokesperson for the city told 13 Action News on Tuesday the man in question was terminated on May 2 for unsatisfactory performance and failure to improve on a performance improvement plan.
