Judson alum Treylin Payne is transferring to Texas State

SAN MARCOS, Texas – The NCAA transfer portal season is in full swing and plenty of big-name players are finding a better fit for their talents. Former Judson High School linebacker, Treylin Payne, has decided to leave the University of Houston and come a little closer to home, transferring to Texas State University.
