Astros right-hander J.P. France is dealing with right shoulder soreness, another potential blow to the team’s rotation depth, manager Joe Espada said Tuesday during a radio appearance on the team’s flagship station 790 AM. France is on the Triple-A Sugar Land roster. He opened the season with Houston and had a 7.46 ERA in five starts before being optioned to Sugar Land.
