Sheriff’s office asks public for help to find suspect of Idaho shooting

The Canyon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday issued a warrant for a suspect charged with shooting a man in south Caldwell, west of Boise. A 44-year-old man was shot at about 7:15 a.m. Wednesday in the 5000 block of Lake Avenue, according to a news release from the Canyon County Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff’s deputies arrived to find the victim with “multiple gunshot wounds,” the release said.
