ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) - Authorities say a mother and five children were killed early Wednesday morning in a house fire in Noorvik. Alaska State Troopers reported in a dispatch that the remains of all six people were recovered and will be sent to the state medical examinerβs office in Anchorage for identification. Fire crews responded to the blaze around 6 a.m., according to Northwest Arctic Borough Public Safety Director Chris Hatch. Troopers said state fire marshals, village public safety officers, and officers with AST responded to put the fire out....
