A Minnesota prison was placed on emergency lockdown when inmates refused to return to their hot cells amid record-challenging heat on Sunday. Multiple agencies responded to a report of a "prison takeover" at the Minnesota Correction Facility in Stillwater. The Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC) told CBS News that roughly 100 inmates in one living unit refused to return to their cells.
