City of Little Rock officials break ground on site of future Micro Home Village for unsheltered people

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The City of Little Rock broke ground Wednesday at the planned site of a future Micro Home Village. Gerald Howell lives in Little Rock and saw the area where the village will be.
