An aspiring rap artist from South Portland was arrested Monday night after allegedly murdering two Westbrook residents in front of their 7-year-old and 11-year-old children. Marcel Lagrange, Jr., 24, has been charged with two counts of murder and is currently being held without bail at the Cumberland County Jail.
