PHILADELPHIA — The Eagles landed the ultimate “unique player” in the first round of the draft Thursday in defensive tackle Jalen Carter. To draft Carter, widely considered one of the top pure talents in the lottery, Eagles general manager Howie Roseman once again traded up in the first round.
