NCC holding Chords for Kids for special needs families The 16th annual Chords for Kids band concert will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 4, at Wentz Concert Hall, 171 E. Chicago Ave. Children with special needs and their families are invited to sing along with the music without having to worry about typical concert etiquette.
