At least four people were struck by the driver of a U-Haul truck — who then led cops on a high-speed chase before being arrested in Brooklyn on Monday, police said.

The truck first hit at least three people riding mopeds near 5th Avenue and Bay Ridge Parkway around 11 a.m. in Bay Ridge, according to police.

The driver sped off down 4th Avenue — and rammed into a pedestrian, police said.
