Republican presidential candidate and former Texas Gov. Rick Perry said Sunday that Hillary Rodham Clinton wasn’t just attacking him but attacking the people of Texas when she blasted the state’s voter ID law.
“It’s way outside the norm and ridiculous, if you want to know the truth of the matter, to call out the people of the state of Texas, because that’s what she did,” Mr. Perry, who three days ago announced his White House run, said on CNN’s “State of the Union.”
