Romney Criticizes Obama's Foreign Policy Approach

Mitt Romney called for the U.S. to play a more active role in shaping the new governments sprouting from the Arab Spring, but he offered few details on how he would meet that challenge if he were president.

"It is time to change course in the Middle East," the Republican presidential nominee said in a speech Monday at the Virginia Military Institute. "The president has failed to offer the tangible support that our partners want and need."
