More job cuts in Spring Hill: Auto parts maker increases Tennessee layoffs

Michigan-based automotive parts manufacturer Tenneco is slashing its Tennessee workforce this year amid companywide global restructuring.

In total, the company announced plans to let go of 349 employees in The Volunteer State from December 2024 to December 2025. The most recent layoff impacts 82 of those workers based at Tenneco's Spring Hill manufacturing plant.
