Actor John Goodman's storied Garden District mansion has a buyer. But Goodman isn't leaving New Orleans, his realtor said. Months after lowering the asking price from $5.45 million to $4.75 million, the Coliseum Street house is under contract, according to the real estate website Zillow. Goodman, 73, and his wife Anna Beth, who met at Tipitina’s, bought the 1850s home in 2005 from Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor for $1.8 million.
