When a reporter at President Joe Biden’s Wednesday press conference asked if he was considering this, Biden said, “It’s under consideration. And ending the war in Yemen takes the two parties to be involved to do it. And it’s going to be very difficult.” Secretary of State Antony Blinken previously removed the Houthis from the terrorist list in February 2021.
