Canada 'doesn't have a military,' Duffy says as cross-border trade war ignites

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy fired back at Canada on live television Sunday morning after Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney announced "dollar-for-dollar" retaliatory tariffs in response to the new 50% U.S. tariffs.
