War-Beleaguered Crew of USS Abraham Lincoln Will Finally Get Some Relief

The USS Abraham Lincoln is set to be relieved by a new aircraft carrier amid growing reports of dire conditions, dwindling morale, and attempted suicides aboard the warship during its long deployment in support of the United States's ongoing war with Iran. The news also comes as Defense secretary Pete Hegseth maintains that the U.S. can conduct its blockade of Iran "indefinitely."
The Wall Street Journal reports that the USS George Washington is expected to travel to the region in order to relieve the Lincoln, which departed its home port in San Diego back in November for a deployment in the Pacific only to be rerouted to the Middle East to support the U.S.'s war in Iran...
