Democrats weigh options for rigging the Supreme Court

As they eye a return to power in Washington, Democrats are plotting to control the third branch of government by forcing conservative Supreme Court justices off the bench and diluting their vote by packing the court.

Democrats are more serious than ever about changing the Supreme Court, which currently is composed of six justices appointed by Republican presidents and three by Democratic presidents.
