Democratic Rep. Moulton says backlash for comments about trans athletes reinforces his point

In the week since an election that saw Republicans win back the White House, Senate and potentially the House, Rep. Seth Moulton (D-Massachusetts) has come under scrutiny from members of his party for saying that Democrats are out of touch with the majority of Americans’ views on issues such as allowing transgender female students to compete in girls’ sports.
