Its restaurant, originally called Josephine Estelle, became the rather blandly rebranded Trattoria Barnett. But it turns out that was just a placeholder. The partners behind a pair of popular Uptown restaurants are expanding again and taking over the former Josephine Estelle space. Chef Brian Burns and business partner Reno De Ranieri operate the Spanish restaurant Costera and the Italian restaurant Osteria Lupo.
