New buffet-style Chinese restaurant opens on Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge

General Tso's Chicken at 7064 Siegen Lane offers made-to-order Chinese food allowing customers to choose between classic Chinese entrees, sides and drinks.

Located in a shopping center between Total Wine and Party City, the new restaurant is open for business daily.

Customers are invited to enjoy a buffet of Chinese food options — including sesame chicken, orange chicken, Mongolian beef, the signature General Tso's Chicken, fried rice, fried noodles, Chinese green beans and more. The firecracker shrimp is also a tasty option.
