A Publix is opening in a Miami building where a penthouse condo sells for $5 million

Publix has confirmed plans to open a new supermarket in a luxury waterfront residential-retail complex coming to a causeway that connects between Miami and Miami Beach. The starting price for a penthouse condo is $3.1 million and the highest-priced one will be $5.3 million, said Claudia Gonzales Moreno, a spokeswoman from Levy Public Relations on behalf of Shoma Bay.
