A Bristol County judge sentenced a Fall River man to life in prison for murdering a convenience store owner in 2021, Bristol County District Attorney Thomas M. Quinn III’s office announced. Nelson Coelho, 40, was convicted of first-degree murder, armed robbery and carrying an illegal firearm in connection with the death of Lal Kishor Mahaseth, Quinn’s office said in a statement released Tuesday.
