Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office detectives say Edwards was headed home on Mt. Kennedy Drive on the evening of Dec. 2 when several men, including the Glapion brothers, approached him. "Terrell grabbed the victim while Markeith produced a firearm, and the shooting began," Detective Anthony Buttone testified during a January hearing. Both brothers are accused of shooting Edwards.
