Detectives investigating the armed robbery of a Harvey supermarket identified an unexpected suspect in the holdup — the owner of another West Bank grocery store. Wilber Rosales, 43, of Terrytown, is accused of donning a mask and robbing Supermarket Exito Latino in the 1000 block of Manhattan Boulevard in Harvey, on the morning of March 4, according to Sgt.
