HILO (HawaiiNewsNow) - A Hawaii Island Man is charged with first-degree electronic enticement of a child and resisting arrest as part of multiagency sting operation, “Operation Keiki Shield.”
Saturday, 42-year-old Elijah Stutes was arrested following the multiagency sting operation conducted between Feb. 23 and Feb. 25, where undercover agents posed as underage teens online.
Details of the operation have not been released.
