A runaway horse was corralled Tuesday morning after it got loose on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia. Video of the horse galloping along with traffic on the road’s shoulder around 4:45 a.m. was sent to local ABC affiliate WPVI Action News. Police said they believed the horse escaped from one of the city’s riding clubs. The horse was able to exit the highway and was corralled by police.
