A runaway horse was corralled Tuesday morning after it got loose on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia. Video of the horse galloping along with traffic on the roadβs shoulder around 4:45 a.m. was sent to local ABC affiliate WPVI Action News. Police said they believed the horse escaped from one of the cityβs riding clubs. The horse was able to exit the highway and was corralled by police.
