PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The number of spring fever cases is on the rise as above-average temperatures continue for the greater Portland, Vancouver area. Tuesday won’t escape the warmer-than-normal weather even as the chance of rain builds. Scattered morning showers will turn to spotty rain showers by the afternoon along the Willamette Valley.
