ENFIELD β A fugitive wanted on a murder charge by Delaware authorities was caught at an Elm Street fast-food restaurant Thursday, according to local police.
Timothy Olschafskie, 30, of Enfield, is charged in Delaware with first-degree murder by abuse or neglect, Enfield Chief of Police Alaric J. Fox said Friday. Fox said Enfield police βhave no information on the original event.β
