A Kansas state agency is asking a judge to reverse her order that blocks transgender people from changing the markers on their driver’s licenses. On Wednesday, the Kansas Department of Revenue tried to persuade Shawnee County District Court Judge Teresa Watson to lift an order she issued earlier this week banning trans people from changing their state-issue IDs to reflect their gender identity.
