MILLSBORO — Delaware State Police have arrested a 44-year-old Millsboro man for reckless endangering and gun offenses following a shooting incident Monday morning. At approximately 10:15 a.m. July 11, troopers said a response was made to a local hospital for a man being treated for a self-inflicted gunshot wound According to spokesperson Corporal Amina Ali, state police contacted the man, identified as Robert Bishop, who stated that he accidentally shot himself at his residence located on the 30000 block of Cordrey Road in Millsboro.
