Images circulating online apparently capturing devil-like subjects sitting with children at public libraries were created with artificial intelligence (AI) and do not depict real events, as claimed in social media posts.

“Protect your children, now they are infiltrating children as young satanists and presenting Baphomet as God,” part of a Facebook post featuring the images read.

“Who in their right mind would take their children to this? unbelievable. God help us!” one Facebook user commented.

The images show what looks like a library. Three of them depict children surrounding a character sitting down – two of them show a devil-like subject with horns while a third one portrays a person dressed in a cape and wearing a black cowl with horns. The fourth image captures a group of children sitting on top of a red pentagram.
