Second round of September Social Security payments issues today

The second round of September Social Security payments for retirees aged 62 and above, now capped at $5,108, will be issued today. Retirees born between the 11th and 20th of a month will receive this payment on Wednesday. The first round of payments was issued on Sept. 10 for retirees born between the first and 10th, and the third round will be distributed on Sept. 24 to those born on or after the 21st of a month.
