Trump offers Putin an ultimatum, as Senate pressure builds to sanction Russia

President Donald Trump gave Russian President Vladimir Putin an ultimatum when he took office: Settle the war with Ukraine or brace for painful tariffs and ruinous sanctions.

Six months and a half dozen fruitless conversations later, Trump says he's ready to move forward.
