Russia is ready to resume trilateral negotiations with the United States and Ukraine after 4 November, Kremlin foreign policy adviser Yuri Ushakov said on Sunday.
Speaking on Russian state television channel Rossiya 1, Ushakov identified Russia's National Unity Day as the next key date for restarting the talks.
Ushakov said Moscow had also been prepared to resume negotiations after Russia's parliamentary elections on 18–20 September, but claimed Ukraine had thwarted the effort by launching its largest drone attacks on those dates.
