• The suspect in a Minneapolis Catholic school shooting is dead, according to two law enforcement officials.
• Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz said he was briefed on the shooting at Annunciation Catholic School. “I’m praying for our kids and teachers whose first week of school was marred by this horrific act of violence,” the governor said on X.
• Authorities are on the scene and will hold a news conference at 11:30 a.m. ET. The city of Minneapolis said there is “no active threat to the community.”
