A fast-moving hillside fire erupted Monday afternoon in a residential area of Laguna Beach, California prompting evacuation orders and snarling traffic on major coastal routes as firefighters rushed to contain the blaze. The fire started around 2:15pm near Rancho Laguna Road and Morningside Drive, in the hills above Fernando Street Park.
