The staffer stopped a woman from being carjacked by a group of ten youths who savagely beat him afterward. Then, a shooting in the Navy Yard led to reports of 100-plus youths fleeing the scene. These roving bands of miscreants, the pervasive hobo encampments—something had to be done. And the Democrats’ reaction to this operation exposes that this party is truly out of ideas.
