Aperture Investors Eyes $1 Billion Asset-Backed Finance Fund

Aperture Investors is targeting a $1 billion fund for its newly formed asset-backed finance strategy.

The new fund will focus on asset-based finance opportunities in North America, with plans to expand to Europe, according to an emailed statement. The strategy is launching with seed capital from Generali Investments, which manages assets on behalf of insurance firm Assicurazioni Generali SpA.
